The 10K Projects/MDDN EP, Alive and Unwell (Deluxe), by Leah Kate, a rising pop talent, has been released.

The Sunday Scaries rework of “10 Things I Hate About You” is only one of four new songs on the deluxe EP, which also includes a modern take on the global classic by Australian legend Kylie Minogue, “My Bed,” as well as the anthemic pop anthems “But I Lied” and “Gazillionaire.”

As well as the brand new songs, the EP features all of Leah Kate’s previous fan favourites, such as “Hot All The Time,” which Billboard praised as”get ready for Leah Kate’s ambitious new ballad,” and “10 Things I Hate About You,” which has racked up over 380 million global streams and rocketed into the Top 20 at Pop Radio.

How did Leah Kate become so well known?

She debuted on the major label 10k Projects with the song “10 Things I Hate About You,” after her debut track, “Dear Denny,” became viral on the video-sharing platform TikTok.

The Los Angeles-based pop star has shown her longevity over the previous six months, with over 3.7 million monthly streams, praise from Billboard, Rolling Stone, Alt Press, Stereogum, and more, and features on the covers of Galore and Tmrw Magazine.

She started the year out on the road with Madison Beer overseas, then returned to the States to support Chase Atlantic on their Cold Nights Summer tour.

She just finished a few headlines shows in Australia to celebrate the release of her EP, which was very well received in Europe.
