Accidents on the carpet

The last thing you want is a puppy accident on your cream carpet. But you’ll get that if you take your eye off the ball. Puppies have no understanding of toilet training.

This can quickly destroy your relationship.

Instead, consider something like a puppy crate, which can become a safe place for your pup to sleep. Try, too, to stick to a regular bedtime so that they fast get into the routine and settle down rather than howling.
