INGREDIENTS

  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1-1/2 pounds extra lean ground beef (95% lean)
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt’s® Diced Tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/2 cup Hunt’s® Tomato Ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon Gulden’s® Yellow Mustard
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend
  • 5 refrigerated large reduced-fat biscuits, quartered

  • 1 pound ground round beef (85% lean)

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup dark molasses, also known as robust (not blackstrap)
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 teaspoons chili powder

Slaw:

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons light or dark brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded green cabbage (about a quarter of a small head)
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cut into matchsticks
  • 3/4 cup thinly sliced red onion (about half small onion)
  • 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Dressing:

  • 1 large yellow onion, peeled and cut into 8 wedges
  • 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Kosher salt
  • Canola oil for frying

To assemble:

  • 1/2 pound of thinly sliced pastrami, slices cut in half crosswise
