Are you a pasta fanatic? You’ll find it here if you’re looking for fun things to do in Malta or a chance to improve your cooking skills and learn how to make authentic Italian pasta.

Anyone who knows me knows that I love pasta very much and often spend a big chunk of my salary on things like linguine to lasagne.
I was in Triq il- Kbira ad-Dingli, Malta, when I heard about a ravioli-making class there. Get together for a meal and some wine with a native cook.

Indulge in a pasta-making masterclass, where you’ll be taught every aspect of pasta-making technique.
You’re not the master chef, are you? This excellent hands-on Italian cooking lesson will teach you all you need to know, from making the dough to spreading it out and boiling it to the perfect al dente texture.

A homey workshop kitchen in the country where visitors may learn the ins and outs of creating traditional Maltese ravioli from scratch.
With the help of the chef, experiment with different fillings. Ravioli only requires a pot of boiling water, a delicious sauce (such as tomato sauce or butter and sage), and a few minutes of your time.

During and after the 1.5-hour workshop, you can enjoy a delicious spread of canapés and a glass of wine with them which is also in-house.
The experience was fantastic; the staff were friendly and helpful giving this cooking class. Hearing about the dishes they do has its history, but what made it truly unforgettable was the combination of traditional country cuisine and genuine ingredients from their family farm.

Stop by one of their other courses, where you can learn everything from making pizza to baking traditional Maltese ftira. You will surely have a past-tic time, good for friends, families and couples!
Hats off to the chef!
