When does Below Deck Med Season 10 premiere?
Below Deck Med Season 10 premieres Monday, September 29 at 8/7c on Bravo. Missed it live? Stream it the next day on Peacock.
Captain Sandy Yawn returns to Barcelona
Captain Sandy is practically Below Deck royalty. Having spent 37 years in the yachting industry, she has a deep understanding of the Mediterranean region. This season is personal—Barcelona was once home for her, so expect big nostalgia vibes. Fun Fact: The new yacht “Bravado” measures 163 feet and features a modern interior, making it one of the largest yachts ever featured on the show.
Fun fact? Sandy once had guests launch water balloons from a yacht deck during the Cannes Film Festival. Iconic.
Chief Stew Aesha Scott leads the interior
If anyone can wrangle demanding guests and keep the vibes bubbly, it’s Aesha. She’s newly engaged (congrats, queen! ), and she’s balancing nine years of yachting experience with her signature humour.
But don’t be fooled while she’s all laughs with a spicy margarita in hand, Aesha spills that the only “privacy” she gets is while cleaning guest bathrooms. Yep, yacht life is glamour and grit. With Aesha newly engaged, fans are buzzing if her personal milestones will shape her leadership style this season.
Meet the Below Deck Med Season 10 cast
Nathan Gallagher – the new bosun
Irish charmer Nathan is moving up the ranks this season from deckhand to bosun and he’s got something to prove. Expect plenty of laughs (he claims “making people laugh” is his secret talent) and maybe some leadership hiccups along the way. With Nathan stepping into bosun shoes, expect leadership clashes Below Deck rarely promotes without a few storms brewing.
Biggest shocker? Nathan says the show tips are unlike anything he’s ever seen IRL.
Josh Bingham – The Rock ’n’ Roll Chef
This English chef isn’t just about plating lobster tails. Josh once jammed with Roger Taylor from Queen on a private island. Imagine stepping out for dinner and ending up with a mini Queen concert. Casual.
When he’s not cooking, Josh is all about travel and recording music so don’t be surprised if dinner service ends with a serenade.
Max Salvador: Oui Oui Drama
French deckhand Max is back from Season 8, bringing six years of experience and serious “oui oui oui” energy. His wildest tip? A shoe company owner has generously offered him a staggering €200,000. No pressure, charter guests. Viewers are already wondering if Max’s big personality will shake up deck harmony — or sink it.
The New Stews: Kizzi & Victoria
- Kizzi Kitchener (Ipswich, England): Loves spicy margaritas and latte art. Motto: sleep whenever possible.
- Victoria SanJuan (Florida, USA): Brings sass, scuba skills, and divine guacamole. Her three-word season preview? “Exhilarating. Romance. Chaos.” Sign us up.
The Deck Crew: Christian & Tessa
- Christian Trimino (Colombia): Can drive literally anything with an engine—planes, trucks, boats. (We stan a multi-talented king.)
- Tessa Budd (Australia): A deckhand with a pilot’s licence-in-progress. First impression of Bravado? “So cute and different.” Same, girl.
